In The Fright to Creep and Scare Harms Springfield finally enacts a gun ban--which enables a group of long-dead outlaws to ride in and take over. In The Island of Dr. Hibbert the Simpsons visit an island where a Dr. Hibbert gone mad has crossbred critters with the Simpsons' friends and family. All this plus the ghost of Maude Flanders!
